All one off bookings are charged at Standard Rate.

Concessionary Rate is for registered charities and not-for-profit community groups with a regular booking.

Business Rate is for profit making users and organisations. 

Meeting room availability is dependent on compatibility with other users in the main hall. Please contact us for further details.

Opening times: Available everyday between 9.00am and 11.00pm

Facilities: Main Hall, kitchen, meeting room, toilets

Capacity: Main hall is suitable for 120 people; Meeting room suitable for 10 people

Alcohol: Allowed at this centre until 11pm (Anyone wishing to sell alcohol at Eagle's Nest Community Centre must first apply for a Temporary Events Notice from Gedling Borough Council Licensing section)

Room sizes: Main hall 131 m²; Meeting room 14.5 m²

Ceiling height (main hall only): 3.2 metres

Disabled access: Disabled toilets, car parking and level access ramp

Parking information: Free onsite parking

Other facilities: Outdoor soft play surface

1. I'd like to hire the centre on a regular basis, do I do this online?    Please contact us to book on a regular basis, prices may                                                                                                                                           vary from those quoted for a one-off booking.

2. Could I come and view the centre before booking?                          Yes, we are able to show you the centre first, by appointment only.

3. I can't pay online, is there another way?                                             If you are unable to complete payment online please contact us.
​
4. Could I ask some questions before booking?                                     Please contact us to discuss any questions.

5. Can I have alcohol in the centre?                                                         You are permitted alcohol onsite until 11pm. If you are selling                                                                                                                                  alcohol you will need to select 'alcohol licence' on the online                                                                                                                                     booking form and apply for a licence through Gedling Borough                                                                                                                                Council.

6. Can I hire in a bouncy castle, caterers and entertainment?            Yes, bouncy castles (ceiling height is 3.2 metres), outside                                                                                                                                        caterers and entertainers are permitted. You must have                                                                                                                                            appropriate  insurances (e.g. Public Liability) to run your event.

7. Can I bring a BBQ?                                                                                 Sorry, BBQs, grills and other gas bottle items are not permitted.
